Sian Anderson
Sian writes the health and nutrition guides on MyGLP. Every clinical claim links to the NHS, NICE, a medical royal college, a regulator or a peer-reviewed paper, and the pages carry no medical advice.

How the guides are put together
Each guide starts with the questions women ask once they are on a weight loss jab or pill and the leaflet runs out. The answers are built from the NHS, NICE guidance, the medicine's own UK product information, the medical royal colleges and peer-reviewed trials. A source list sits at the foot of every guide and the date the sources were last checked sits under the title.
The guides give information, not advice. They never tell you to change a dose, stop a medicine or skip a check. Your prescriber knows your history and the guide does not.
Sian Anderson writes and edits the guides for the MyGLP editorial team, and the same standards apply to every guide. Corrections go through the registered company behind MyGLP.
