Buying Mounjaro in the UK
What moves the Mounjaro price
80 UK pharmacies list Mounjaro and the gap between the cheapest and the dearest 2.5mg pen is often over £100. The spread comes from three things: how much of its margin a pharmacy gives up on the first order, whether it adds delivery to the headline price, and whether it bundles a consultation fee. Every price on this page has delivery included and no consultation fee, so the table compares like with like.
Prices move most around the start of each month, when pharmacies reset their offers, and after Lilly changes the list price. The source table is read every two hours, so the figures here follow within the same morning.
First order against repeat order
Mounjaro is the medicine where the first-order discount is largest, up to £100 at some pharmacies. The same pharmacy can be cheapest at 2.5mg and mid-table from month two. Before you order, open the pharmacy and look at its returning customer price for the dose you expect to be on in three months. Checks before you pay
Every pharmacy in the table shows a General Pharmaceutical Council number. Search it on the GPhC register. The consultation should ask about your weight, height, medical history and other medicines, and a prescriber should sign off before a pen is sent. A pharmacy with no consultation is a reason to leave. Mounjaro pens must be kept in a fridge until first use, so a pharmacy should post in a cool pack and tell you the delivery day.
