Buying Foundayo in the UK
The newest pill on the list
Foundayo is orforglipron, a daily tablet from Lilly, the company behind Mounjaro. Unlike the Wegovy pill it can be taken at any time of day, with or without food, which is the main reason people choose it. 34 pharmacies list it so far and the number grows most months. Prices move more than for the older medicines, so check the date on the page.
Six steps, same pattern
Foundayo climbs through six doses like Mounjaro, from 0.8mg to 17.2mg. The pharmacy will ask you to confirm the dose at each order and a prescriber signs it off. In the ATTAIN-1 trial, the top dose gave an average loss of about 12% of body weight over 72 weeks, less than the injections but with no needle. The dose pages set out the price at each step.
Checks before you pay
GPhC number on the register, a proper consultation, a stated delivery day. No cool pack is needed. Foundayo is not available on the NHS at present, so every price here is private.
