Using the codes

How do I use a discount code?

Tap the pharmacy name or the Get offer button. The code copies to your clipboard and the pharmacy opens in a new tab. Paste the code in the discount box at checkout before you pay. The discount is not applied until you do.

Why is there no code for some pharmacies?

Some pharmacies apply the discount through the link itself, so there is nothing to type. Others publish no code at all. For those we show the latest offer link and you check the total at checkout.

Do the codes work on repeat orders?

Most work on a first order only. Where a pharmacy has a returning customer code we list it next to the first-order one.

What do Step 1, Step 2 and so on mean?

Step 1 is the first dose in a medicine's schedule, Step 2 the next, and so on up to the top dose. An offer tied to Step 1 covers the starting dose. The steps page explains the schedule for each of the four medicines.
